Are you looking to grow your career? Bulldog Group is seeking an office manager (in-person role) to help keep their team organized and the office functioning at maximum capacity. Excellent communication skills are required to interact with employees, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
The ideal candidate will be an independent thinker who pays thorough attention to details.
Job Requirements:
- Previous office management experience required (preferably in a construction-related environment)
- Must have demonstrated basic business acumen
- Need to have a general understanding of basic accounting, human resources, safety, & compliance functions
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks effectively
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Microsoft apps
- Must be able to pass motor vehicle background and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass criminal background check.
- Pre-employment and random drug testing required.
Compensation and Benefit Information:
- $55,000-$70,000 annually, dependent upon experience
- Company-sponsored health insurance

- 401k with generous company match (dollar for dollar on the first 3% of what you contribute, fifty cents per dollar on the next 2% of what you contribute)
