We are seeking a decisive, visionary Account Manager to spearhead our growth from Eastern North Carolina through the Southeastern Virginia territory. This isn't a desk job for a rule-follower; it’s a high-latitude role for a strategic disruptor who doesn’t take "no" for an answer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Growth: Proactively identify and conquer new business opportunities from Lynchburg to Raleigh.
  • Multi-Task at Pace: Handle multiple sensitive projects simultaneously, ensuring work is completed as it arrives.
  • Navigate Complexity: Use your analytical skills to solve technical problems for clients, then use your social skills to close the deal.
  • Own Your Agenda: Set your own schedule and priorities, resisting unnecessary structure in favor of hitting your targets.
  • Delegate the Details: Focus on the high-level strategy and visionary growth while ensuring the "low interest" administrative tasks are handled by support teams.

Requirements: What we look for in new team members-

  • Minimum 3 Years Commercial roofing experience
  • Strong work ethic
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Legally able to work in the United States
  • The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check.

Qualifications: 

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, preferably in construction or a related industry.
  • A self-starter who is distracted by predictability and charged by chaos.
  • Exceptional persuasive communication skills with a "never say die" attitude.
  • Ability to travel from Raleigh to Lynchburg autonomously.
